Director
Steve’s personal mission is to help people reach their true potential.
For over 20 years, Steve has developed a collaborative, outcome-oriented approach to workforce capability and skilling requirements. He is passionate about supporting clients gain the value they need from their workforce to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.
Steve is known for his strengths in strategic thinking, complex problem solving, critical analysis, business operations, organisation transformation and workforce capability uplift (including L&D).
Steve has a proven track record in understanding skilling and learning needs and building the systems and structures to enable clients evolve workforce capabilities to meet evolving operational needs.

Principal

As an accomplished Executive Leader, Jenny has navigated the intricate landscapes of international organisations across diverse industries including international development, law, banking, insurance, medical research and web development.
Jenny has a strong understanding of corporate governance and specialises in people, culture and organisational development.

Grant Creely
Senior Consultant
Grant has over 20 years of experience in reward design and delivery, bringing a pragmatic and real-world approach to the field. His expertise includes simplifying complex remuneration frameworks and developing solutions tailored to specific needs.
He is a solutions-oriented leader with a deep understanding of contemporary HR practices. He has a keen interest in executive remuneration and aligning reward with performance and organisational strategy.
Grant has worked across diverse sectors including retail, health, media, insurance, and international development, with international experience in Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe.

Gaye Wealthy
Senior Consultant
Gaye is a progressive and accomplished People and Culture leader. With a passion for people, and a deep commitment to the entire employee experience, she has successfully contributed to strengthening employee engagement, talent retention, capability, performance, safety, inclusion and wellbeing.
Gaye is a passionate advocate for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion across organisations, and has been instrumental in introducing innovative policies and programs to demonstrate and strengthen organisational commitments. She has led successful enterprise agreement negotiations, while ensuring processes align to organisational goals and values, leveraging her ongoing commitment to promoting respectful and positive workplace relations and partnerships.
Gaye has worked across diverse sectors including banking and finance, not for profit, government, ombudsman, telecommunications, hospitality and casinos, retail, aged care, and international development, with international experience in Africa, India and Europe, working across different cultures.
